EIT ICT Labs Idea Challenge 2015 launched

With the EIT ICT Labs Idea Challenge 2015, we are again selecting the 24 most innovative European startups in digital technology. Next to the financial support of up to 40,000€, the winners will get access to our pan-European network, co-working space in the CLCs, international growth support through the BDA as well as marketing support.
The eligibility criteria have been updated, to be perfectly in line with the KICs strategy and feed the BDA with the candidates it is looking for - promising startups ready to be accelerated and scaled up internationally. Thus, eligible startups have to present a proof of concept by meeting one of the following criteria: have users or customers, have min 12k € revenue in the past 12 months or have min 100k € in external investment. In addition, the startups have to be incorporated in EU28, have to be less than 5 years old and have received not more than 1 million € in external funding.
Submission phase is open! Applications for all 8 topics will be accepted from May 6 - July 6!
The finals of EIT ICT Labs Idea Challenge 2015 will be integrated in the end-of-year events of the Action Lines and take place in the following locations in October and November 2015:

Future Cloud - Rennes
Cyber Security and Privacy - Trento
Internet of Things - Stockholm
Urban Life and Mobility - London
